  • We were so pleased with our decision to go with Eleven Courses. The food was delicious and offered diverse choices (this is not your standard wedding caterer). They work closely with you to create a menu that reflects your tastes/backgrounds/etc. Staff was terrific. Eleven Courses' flexibility was also much appreciated, which included allowing us to purchase our own wine and liquor and having one of their bartenders serve drinks. They worked seamlessly with all our other vendors and did an amazing job with set-up and clean-up. We would highly recommend Eleven Courses. Thank you, Chrissy, for doing such an amazing job pulling this all together on the day of our wedding.

  • I cannot say enough about the quality of service provided by Melissa and Jim for our wedding at the Annapolis Maritime Museum. I asked Melissa to help me come up with a menu that incorporated Annapolis, Maine, Greek, and Irish food...and it was perfect! Our menu included crab appetizers, a full Greek spread, Irish braised beef, and Maine haddock. We were even able to honor my husband's love of tacos with a mini steak taco appetizer. When I finally had a chance to sit down and eat, I couldn't not believe it. I felt like I was eating food from a 5-star restaurant, not typical mass-produced wedding food. The prices are very reasonable for the quality. In fact, their prices were the most affordable of the 10 or so vendors I contacted, not to mention that the menu was exactly what I had hoped for. Melissa, Jim, and their team were so enjoyable to work with. They were accommodating, flexible, reliable, and just the nicest people. They surely contributed to the overall experience of what was the most perfect and memorable night of our lives, and we are so thankful.

    P.S. What ever dish you decide on, make you get the mashed potatoes. Yum!!

  • Jim, Melissa, their team, and the food at Eleven Courses are outstanding. Our wedding was four weeks ago and we are still getting messages from friends about how good the food was. We had so much fun working with Melissa to plan our wedding, customize food options to our taste, and create a beautiful atmosphere for our reception. Jim and his team executed the event perfectly even when rain came and forced us to change just about every detail we had spent the prior eight months planning. They are pros at food -- they gave us TONS of options to choose from and were flexible when we asked for things that were slightly off the typical menu. Every single dish we tasted at our tasting session was fabulous and the food on the day of our wedding was even better than we imagined it would be. I can't say enough good things about working with them - they are just the best. I really hope I get to work with them for another event in the future and I will absolutely recommend them to all of our friends who have weddings coming up.

Our guests raved about how delicious the food was, and Eleven Courses did a fabulous job accommodating our vegan guests as well. Melissa was our day-of-coordinator, and our wedding was seamless and beautifully organized under her supervision. She and her team also went above and beyond as my family dealt with an unexpected and very serious medical emergency just weeks before the wedding -- the staff of Eleven Courses could not have been more patient, generous and compassionate. I can't recommend them highly enough; they do amazing work, and they're wonderful people.
